AI Headshot Generator provides an AI-powered service that generates professional headshot photographs based on photos uploaded by the user. The Service delivers generated headshots via email.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Upload only photos of yourself. Uploading photos of other people without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and violates these Terms of Service.
• Upload photos that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not upload photos that are obscene, offensive, or contain illegal content.
• Follow the photo upload instructions provided to ensure the best results.
• Provide a valid email address to receive your generated headshots.

5. Intellectual Property and License

Upon successful payment and delivery of your headshots, you are granted a full commercial license and ownership of the generated photos. You may use the photos for any personal or commercial purpose, including on LinkedIn, resumes, websites, and marketing materials.

The AI Headshot Generator brand, website, software, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of aiheadshotgenerator.com.

6. Data Handling

We train our AI model with your uploaded photos, render your headshots, and then delete both the input photos and the trained models from our servers after 30 days. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments with no recurring subscription charges.

8. Refunds

We offer full refunds if the generated photos do not accurately represent you. However, you are not eligible for a refund if you did not follow our upload instructions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@aiheadshotgenerator.com. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated headshots will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiheadshotgenerator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law
