At AI Headshot Generator, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer full refunds if the generated photos do not accurately represent you for various reasons outside of your control.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The generated headshots do not accurately represent your likeness.
  • The quality of the generated photos is significantly below what is reasonably expected.
  • You did not receive your headshots within the stated delivery timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not follow our photo upload instructions (e.g., uploaded too few photos, poor quality photos, or photos that did not clearly show your face).
  • Your refund request is submitted more than 7 days after your purchase date.
  • You uploaded photos of other people in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You are simply dissatisfied with a style preference that is subjective in nature, provided the photos accurately represent you.
